I've dropped 3 dress sizes in 6 months and I am feeling better and stronger than I have in years.

My inspiration to lose weight came when a friend showed me a "before and after" photo of a Client at Vision Personal Training, Drummoyne.  I thought if she can do that, then so can I!

From the moment I stepped inside the door the atmosphere was positive. All the Personal Trainers were so enthusiastic, and ready to make a connection with me.

Over the years, I have struggled with my weight. With the assistance of my Trainer and the tools provided by Vision, I am confident that I will get to my goal and stay there. Giving up is not an option!
