Since I started at Vision I saw and keep seeing improvement in my health and fitness. I lost 5kg in 10weeks and I am now under 100kg for the first time since 2019 and Covid time. Losing the weight is not the only benefits that I got from Vision, I improved my stress and my fitness! I remember coming up the stairs of the studio and being out of breath or my walk around the block was really challenging. Now, this is behind me, not out of breath for these and I can even sustain a chat during the walk! I really enjoy training at Vision, with Justine for my PTs and the team during the different classes.
