My goal when I joined Vision was to lose weight, 6 months after joining I lost 10kg! I added a bit of a challenge and another focus into my health and fitness journey… I started running! I went from couch to 5km and even pushed to 10km! Without stopping! This is the result of consistent training and the fantastic support from my trainer Justine. Now my goal is a half marathon by the end of 2023! It feels incredible to see results when the effort is put in.
