Caroline has had an amazing year and has inspired many of her friends and family, as well as Clients. She trained and continued to track her food all the way through Covid and returning back into the Studio, she achieved her 9 week goal losing 2kg hitting her long term weight goal! She also hit every other goal she set – coming to 3 group classes a week, pre-planning her food and tracking every day, drinking more water and only having alcohol on the weekends. She then achieved her next 9 week goal, maintaining her goal weight by going to multiple group classes, planning &andtracking 5 days a week and drinking more water. Caroline’s hard work and consistency inspired 3 of her friends to join Vision. We are so proud of you Caroline!
