I joined Vision Personal Training just over one year ago wanting to lose 4-5kg while secretly hoping and dreaming to lose 8kg (which I thought would be impossible).
When I started, I had basically no knowledge of food nutrition, ate fast food regularly and loathed exercise! With my amazing Trainer's help, I reached my first 9 week goal of losing 5kg and one year down the track I have lost 10.5kg!
I have learnt lifelong lessons about food and exercise that I will have for the rest of my life. In March, I completed my first fitness event, Mud Muster, a 10km obstacle course in mud. It was easier than I thought and so much fun!
Before joining Vision, I wouldn't have even considered running for 2mins to avoid missing the train to work, let alone running and climbing over/under things for 10km in the mud! If you had told me a year ago that I would do something like that and that I would actually enjoy it, I wouldn't have believed you. Joining Vision Personal Training Pyrmont is definitely one of the best decisions I've made and it's been worth every cent! I feel great, have learnt so much, have made amazing friends and am so happy with my results! Thanks to my Personal Trainer and the entireVision Personal Training Pyrmont team! You guys are amazing!
