I was very hesitant to start at a gym as I kept thinking I'm not a sports or gym person however I needed to do something about my health. I injured by knee many years ago and was on the verge of a total knee replacement, my specialist said if I lost weight and strengthen it, there could be a possibility of not having to operate. This is where my trainer Nathan came into action. From day one Nath slowly progressed me with various exercises, got me into a routine of tracking my food each day. I began to join in group training. To this day I have lost over 20kgs, feeling fantastic and have avoided surgery on my knee. My cholesterol levels have also dropped massively. My life changes have been massive. I cannot thank Nath and the whole Engadine crew enough for the massive lifestyle changes they have helped me with.
