In October 2016, I started my Journey with Vision. Having never been someone who was big on exercise, the "Gym" was always an alien concept for me and it made me anxious to even just walk into one. As a single mum, I often used the facade of "I just don't have the time!!" Or "The Gym is not the place for kids!"
After years of Yo-Yo dieting and using meal replacement methods, I realised I was not really making good lifestyle choices or curbing my lifestyle habits and I felt I wasn't achieving the results I wanted, nor was I setting a good example for my daughter or using my time well, so I decided to bite the bullet!!
Joining Vision Personal Training was by far the best decision I could have made in regards to my health, fitness and overall wellbeing Since joining Vision, I have lost 7kg, I have gained muscle & body definition. I am now the fittest I have ever been, stronger, leaner and confident.
I regularly attend group classes and complete in house challenges. I no longer hide behind baggy clothes or worry when people take pictures of me, I have so much more energy. I am knowledgeable in regards to the right foods to eat and exercises to obtain optimal results and understand my body better. I am well on my way to reaching my goal body weight and could not be happier!!!
My daughter comes with me to every Personal Training session and group class, which we both thoroughly look forward to. Her attendance has never been an issue for the Trainers or fellow clients, in fact she is a welcome addition and enjoys coming and joining in with my workouts, adding to our time together.
