A lot of people have this idea in their head that in order for them to burn Fat they need to spend countless hours sweating it out doing cardiovascular training; well this isn't true to some degree. We still need be to including cardiovascular training into our training program to optimize our results so there's no way around it I'm sorry but resistance training is going to be a massive contributor to you and your transformation.

Here's my some of weight training tips and their benefit to a Fat Loss Transformation,

There's one misunderstanding that seems to overcome among women the most: "Lifting heavy weights makes you look bulky." This is a myth that must be busted! In reality, proper resistance training does just the opposite. When you lift weights (especially the heavier ones), you're helping transform your body by adding lean muscle mass to your frame, which requires more fuel (i.e. calories) for everyday functioning than fat. So the more lean muscle mass you have the more calories and fat you can burn just living and breathing.

Performing strength training can help you increase your metabolism substantially. While you are performing resistance training, you are expending additional energy, thereby increasing your caloric burn, or metabolism, for that given day. After you complete your strength training workout, for the next 24 - 48 hours, your body will have to work harder than normal in order to repair the muscle tissues that have had stress forced on them. As your body is recovering from your most recent strength training workout, you will be burning more calories or energy.

Another big benefit that weight training has is that it will completely allow you to reshape your body. Cardio training generally will help you lose weight, however typically this weight loss is going to be a bit of a combination between fat and muscle; therefore what you're left with is a smaller version of your current self.

When you are performing resistance training while following your macronutrient requirements, you stand a better chance of losing strictly body fat, while helping to enhance the natural curves of your body. This lends for a much more attractive physique, which will give you a much better overall transformation than if you just lost weight doing cardio. If you've ever noticed someone who has lost a considerable amount of weight but still looks somewhat 'soft', that's usually why. They have lost some fat, but at the same rate, their muscles aren't overly toned, hence they don't give off the same type of appearance.
