Involving your nearest and dearest on your weight loss and well-being journey adds many elements to enhancing your ability to reach your goals. It adds another dimension to being held accountable, having your family realise your dedication and how much your goal means to you can help keep you on the right road to success. 

A great way to have your circle of influence understand the journey you are on is to have them come along to seminars, shopping tours we hold regularly and encourage them to join you for a group class or two.  This will enable them to assist you with the preparation of healthy food options and choices if eating out socially. It is also a good idea to involve close work colleagues on your goals too. As we spend the majority of our week at work, involving both home-life and work-life close ones should help you keep all bases covered. Who knows your outstanding results may also just inspire them make their own healthier lifestyle choices going forward!
