A set back is not failure

failure is a mindset

In weight loss, much like in life, your goals do not always come easy. Sometimes it feels like everYthing is trying to hold you down, BUT YOU MUST stay positive, you will get to your goal as long as you are willing to work for it! it's my experience that the difference between getting to your goal weight our not getting there is the way you deal with setbacks. Just giving up isn't an option. You must keep chipping away at it kilo by kilo. You are bound to have setbacks, use those setbacks to ignite the fire in your belly pushing towards your goals of being fitter and healthy it gets said a lot but you are the master of your own destiny. The only thing stoping you is a negative attitude. a negative attitude will only lead to a nagative out come. by all means don't just blow of your mistakes off but learn from them so next time you will be stronger.use positive thoughts think about how far you have come, and remember a setback is not failure, failure is a mindset!
