Sophie has been on fire with us recently in the Studio! In her last two 9 week blocks with trainer Matt, she has lost 6kg and 4kg each program!
She’s maintained her muscle, built her strength and also reduced her visceral fat 4 points! Through consistency in coming to the Studio for personal training, group training sessions and training on her own plus improvement of diet outside of training, Sophie has been able to make these fantastic changes! Amazing work!
