Sean is beloved staple member of our community, both trainers and clients alike find Sean an absolute pleasure to train with. He is always putting his best foot forward and giving 110%. He is a great influence on other clients, always keen to offer advice and additional motivation in group training sessions. The only thing he is missing is a trainer uniform!

Over the last few months, Sean has managed to build 3kg of muscle whilst maintaining his overall body weight. Sean attends 3 Group Training sessions and 2-3 PT sessions per week, including travelling from Gregory Hills by public transport every Saturday morning for XTRAIN30 and WALK60. Sean epitomises consistency and discipline and is also great fun to be around, always cracking jokes even while being put through his paces. He is true testament to our values, and we look forward to continuing his journey with us. We love watching Sean continue to develop the best version of himself inside and out!
