I started my Vision journey just as my baby boy Harry turned 7 weeks. I’ve always been active and knew that I wanted to work towards improving my fitness level, strengthening my body and getting back into team sports post pregnancy. I thoroughly enjoy the variety of challenges during group training sessions and I look forward to attending as many of these as I can each week. I was hesitant in the beginning, knowing that I would need to bring my baby along to group training and PT sessions, but I have never once felt uncomfortable or unsupported to do so.
The support I have received from all of the wonderful trainers has been amazing, from Alex’s encouragement to meet my target goal and working hard during PT sessions, Emma’s knowledge and advice on all things nutrition, Tristan’s friendly greetings and approach, Scott’s reminders on the importance of stretching after class (which I often forget to do!) to Shaun’s engaging banter and fun. It is exciting to notice the changes each week, not just with my weight loss, but an increase in my energy and fitness levels too.
This is truly, a phenomenal community-strong environment, both Harry and I have been welcomed with open arms right from the start. I would actively encourage any new Mum’s or anyone wanting to improve their fitness and nutrition to join the Vision Frenchs Forest community as it is a very rewarding experience.
