This lady is an absolute legend. We have been working with Kelly for just on 18 months now, since late 2019. After running a half marathon years previously before children, she was tempted to come along do an enticer triathlon just a few weeks after we started training together. After struggling to do the 2.5km run leg on that day, she swore to improve her fitness again after years away from running. She setup a plan with trainer Jack and slowly but surely went from 2.5 to 5km, then 10km, then set the goal to hit a half marathon. With Covid putting on hold many events, it became too hard to plan so she just decided to run her own events for her own intrinsic motivation. One of the most consistent people we have, she follows the plans we setup religiously and just gets it done. She’s a great role model to her family; having now conquered the half marathon yet again!
