I started my Vision journey in August when gyms started reopening after Covid closures. I was the heaviest and least motivated I’ve ever been, and overwhelmed at how difficult it would be to turn my life around. Without sounding cliché, I instantly embraced the Vision lifestyle with guidance from my trainer, Matt - it was so simple to start tracking my food and make the necessary changes to my diet. Although I was slow to start classes, I now try to make at least 3 per week. I’ve had better results than I thought was achievable in such a short time and my energy has greatly improved. Thank you to Matt for always keeping me accountable and pushing me to improve at each PT session! All of the team has been so welcoming and supportive of everyone in the studio reaching their goals, which has made such a friendly atmosphere with no judgment. I really couldn’t imagine training anywhere else!
