I'm on a mission to be fab by my 50th birthday. I have tried other gyms in the past and gave up after 4 weeks. In the past year, focusing on weight training with the help of my trainer, Rachel. And let me tell you, it's been life-changing.
Not only am I stronger than ever, but I also look and feel younger. Weight training truly is the fountain of youth. I went from eating one meal a day to eating more regular and consistently more which I didn't believe would work.
My shape has completely transformed, and I've never felt more confident. Turning 50 has never felt so good. So here's to embracing strength and feeling fabulous at any age!
