Since joining, I've lost 10kg and completely changed my eating habits. I've also gone from struggling to run 2km to finishing a Marathon in under 4 hours.
Although I have achieved more than I was aiming for when I joined, the best part is the amazing friendships I've made and the supportive environment to train in.
