The last training year at Vision has been truly remarkable for me. When I first walked into your studio I was 6kg heavier, unfit and scared of Personal Trainers. My previous experience with Personal Trainers (I worked with at least 4 of them over the years) was somewhat dissatisfying. Extreme diet plans and 'bodybuilding style' workouts resulted in short term results, but, eventually in long-term ill-health. Enough said of the past.
The Vision Personal Training Hunter Street team have absolutely changed my fitness and energy levels. I can honestly say that I feel and look the fittest I've been in a long time. The trainer-led small group sessions are great - something I look forward to every day during the week.
But what really made (makes) a difference are the Personal Training sessions with Adam. First, I started with one session per week, now I have agreed to two sessions per week and he simply is fantastic, very motivating in every single session. I would not have been able to achieve my goals without him. Every Personal Training session is well planned and structured. He pushes me just to the right limit. I have not re-injured myself over the last year, which is great. Adam is certainly the best trainer I've worked with!
The food diary is a fantastic tool to keep track of what I eat. And again, Adam checks on my entries in a persistent manner and makes great recommendations on how to improve my diet plan on a regular basis.
