Dorit is the product of consistency and adherence, her success with her physique isn't by accident. Every session she is early warming up, throughout her sessions asking about her nutrition and how she can improve.
From never running a step to completing 3 Half Marathon's in Sydney Dorit shaved 8 minutes off her 2nd Half Marathon and a futher 20 minutes off her 3rd with sights set on training for a full marathon.
Also pushing the boundaries with application to her resistance training sessions and challenging herself from initially not been able to hold her own body weight to doing sets of 10 body weight chin ups and dips.
