When Caroline started with us at Rose Bay back in January she was dealing with ongoing left shoulder and hip issues along with carrying weight, and had been told by her physio not to walk more than 1km. She’s vegetarian (includes dairy), and I remember thinking... how are we going to get her protein in while managing carbs? How do we train for strength with joint limitations? And how do we hit cardio goals if steps are off the table? On top of that, Caroline came in with the belief that nothing had worked in the past.
But none of that stopped her.


From the very beginning, Caroline went all in. She tracked her food every single day. She showed up to training five days a week and made sure her cardio targets were hit...without fail. Even other trainers in the gym were shocked at how consistent and committed she was.
In her first 9 weeks, Caroline dropped 13kg, lost 11.5cm off her waist, 10cm off her hips, and 11.5cm off her chest. It’s one of the best results I’ve seen so far as a coach. Thanks to her personalised training program, Caroline no longer experiences hip pain when walking. She can now go on longer walks without discomfort. Her shoulder mobility has improved massively. She’s lifting heavier, moving better, and doing exercises she simply couldn’t manage when she started.


In her second 9-week round, Caroline knew the program worked. So, she stayed consistent - tracking her food, training hard, and hitting her targets through a variety of group classes. She lost another 6.1kg, bringing her total to 19kg in just 18 weeks. She also lost another 4.8cm off her waist, 5.5cm off her hips, and 4.7cm off her chest. Another incredible result.


Now in her third round of 9 weeks, Caroline is on track to reach her long-term goal. Her journey might seem smooth from the outside, but it’s the result of dedication, consistency, and resilience. She followed the plan, stayed focused, and never made excuses and because of that, she’s achieved absolutely phenomenal results.
