Before I started at Vision Personal Training, I felt sluggish, full of self-doubt, and uncomfortable in my own body. I kept telling myself, “it is what it is” and blamed it on getting older.
One day, I came across a Vision post on Instagram and decided to click the link. In those first few weeks, I honestly thought, “what have I done?” It was tough. It hurt. But the support and motivation from the Vision team came exactly when I needed it most, and that made all the difference.
At times, it felt like I was putting in so much effort with no results, and I started to feel defeated. But once I pushed through that mental barrier and learned more about my eating habits, everything began to change. The results started showing, and I found a new drive to see just how far I could go.
I even shocked myself by joining the running club. It wasn’t easy at first, but I kept showing up every week. Now, I’m running up to 10km non-stop.
People have started noticing the changes in my body, which motivates me even more. I push myself every week, and so far I’m down 10 kg - with my sights firmly set on 15 kg and beyond.
This journey has changed more than just my body - it’s changed my mindset and life.
