Bengi joined Vision Personal Training Hunter Street in May 2022 wanting to feel better, healthier, have more energy and increase her fitness. Her goal was to lose 5kg and to develop a structured nutrition and training plan.
This weapon has certainly been consistent. Embracing the process from day one, Bengi plans, preps and tracks her food each week. Along with her PT, Group Training and outdoor walking, Bengi has achieved her long-term body composition goal, a total loss of 7kg and OPTIMAL results for fat mass, skeletal muscle and body fat percentage! WOW!
In March 2023, ‘B’ tackled her first ever obstacle course event, True Grit. Surviving 30+ obstacles and mud for 10km! Bengi is now focusing on strength training, chasing awesome goals with the barbell, in particular squats and bench press. The future is exciting for Bengi and we cant wait to watch her continue her journey! Well done!
