I made a decision to join Vision and train alongside Rachel. Each week, Rachel would help me stay accountable with my food choices and training regimen.
As a result I successfully dropped 6kg in weight, decreased body fat by 5.5%, and reduced my visceral fat by 4 points.
Not only have I achieved these visible results, but I no longer experience body pain and backaches, which were previously caused by a weak core. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and energy levels.
This journey with Rachel and Vision has undoubtedly empowered and invigorated me to a healthier lifestyle. I really did think my food was healthy, in fact I was surprised what I was able to fit in daily and the strength training really surprised me.
