Little and often has been the approach I've adopted. My half hour early morning sessions (daily) give me a focused reason to get out of bed and take a little slice of the day that's just for me.
I've noticed gains not only in my fitness but the quality of my sleep and in my ability to ride the stresses of general life, of which there are plenty. I'm very grateful to Rachel for helping me navigate my way through, despite various 'broken bits', and the other trainers plus my fellow gym buddies for the funny banter and support. Onwards and upwards everyone!
