One thing she's stopped doing is ordering takeaway for herself and the family. It's one of those habits that we get into but really, it's a symptom of a VERY common problem. Not having the time to put together a healthy dinner for ourselves and ALSO for the family
So, what did she start doing? Buying things she could cook QUICKLY
A packet of stir fry veggies from the supermarket with cauliflower rice and chicken fillets. Tacos with beef mince, tortilla shells, chopped salad with salsa. Open top burgers. Zucchini pasta with bolognese sauce. Chicken kebabs with salad and microwave mexican rice
Stuff that her family loved to eat (and could also easily help with before she got home from work)
Sarah is well on her way to being her best version of herself and really hasn't had to overhaul her whole lifestyle.
