I've been with Vision Personal Training at Engadine for 9 weeks now and I am really pleased I joined. There is a great mix of personal training sessions and group training sessions. They cater to all abilities, which is great when you're first starting out. All the trainers are super welcoming, every time you walk in the door. I've worked one on one with both Conor, who set me on the road to success, and Antonio, who works me hard. Antonio also monitors my nutrition between sessions, making me feel like he is invested in my success as much as I am. But it's not just the training, the app is great for keeping your nutrition on track too. I also received a book which explains the science behind it all, including emotions (it has fallen apart, it could do with better printing!). I feel this is a lifestyle change, not a "diet", and sustainable in the long term.
