3 years later and counting Tom is pain free and has increased his mobility and flexibility vastly through commitment to his weekly 3 PT sessions having never actually missed a scheduled session.
We have focused on strengthening Tom's glutes, lower back and hips to move a lot more freely through different planes of movement that were previously a big struggle.
Tom also travels to Europe for work 6-10 times a year for 1-2 week periods and now has the confidence in his strength, mobility and flexibility to do a pre-set program whilst he is away for work.
