Scott is back to full function after two knee replacements. After recently having both knees operated on, Scott has worked hard to rehabilitate and strengthen his lower body through physio, PT and his own diligence to follow the plan. Over a period of 6 months, Scott week after week has slowly built back intensity, strength and range of motion in his knees without overloading and re-injuring. Working with his Trainer Matt, the pair have been able to program effectively to help Scott consistently move forward and get back to a pain free life! He’s now cycling, lifting weights and working as normal again! Great work Scott!
