I started with Vision as I wanted to give myself a present before my birthday. I was unhappy with my body and I was overweight. I felt that I needed guidance to keep me on track and help me towards better health. Choosing Vision is the best present that I have ever given myself. Since I started with Vision Personal Training I have lost 18.2kg. I have completed 100k steps per week for 5 weeks in a row and am achieving a 100kg Deadlift. Not only that, I have been consistent with my nutrition and exercise plan. I am so much fitter, stronger and happier. This year, my goal that I'm currently working towards is to continue with better food choices, lose another 10kg, drop 2 dress sizes and wear a mini skirt!
