Paula set herself a massive goal in 2021 to complete a 30km walk with her trainer Haydn. Setting up her training plan, she diligently completed her long walks every week as she built up to this great milestone. Along the way, with this increased focus on her goal she also lost 10kg during her training plan to the 30km run! Everyone in the studio is so proud of the success Paula has achieved!
