I had pretty much given up on the idea of being fit/in shape. I was aware that I was unhealthy but I just couldn't find the energy to care anymore. I also suffer from anxiety, so I think that contributed heavily to my changing habits as it just became easier to grab take out and stay at home and not go outside as that was my comfort zone. The biggest surprise for me was how much I actually enjoy working out. I was also not expecting the level of support provided not just from my own Trainer Scott but the whole team at Vision. The biggest benefits outside the weight loss has honestly been the support network that Vision has in place. Whether it is the positive attitude from the Trainers or the info sessions that they run alongside the PT sessions. It makes a huge difference knowing that if I am struggling with something, I have the extra support in place to overcome the challenge.
