Before I joined Vision Engadine, I thought my health was okay, but I always felt like I didn’t have the time or energy to exercise so I really didn’t make it a priority in my life. From an early age I was always active, always playing sport. So, when I gave this away in my late teens my health had taken a back seat and in the past four years had stacked on a few kilos. I knew I wanted to get fit again and if I was going to get anywhere, motivation was going to be the key. This is when I joined Vision Engadine. I sat down with my trainer Nathan and he created a short-term goal for me of losing a few kilo’s and improving my fitness, but as well as a long-term goal to reach that good shape and health that I am now. By following the meal and exercise plans that he created for me, it resulted in the weight loss that I wanted to achieve. So far, I have lost 11 kgs and I feel great. My Trainer Nathan has been awesome. He has given me good advice about nutrition and training techniques that I would not have had otherwise. Training with the team at Vision Engadine is great – they help you focus on incremental improvement and help you to achieve goals you never thought possible I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people both clients and trainers at Vision Engadine to support me through my journey.
