Wow…I would never have thought that someone who has spent a lifetime on a "diet rollercoaster" could reach a goal weight loss of 30kgs in 7 months and manage to maintain that loss for a further 5 months, but I have done just that!

It was only one year ago that I declined a career opportunity partially due to the fact I felt unmotivated and lacked confidence related to being obese. Now, I feel like a new woman. I am strong, healthy, relaxed and happy with an abundance of energy. I am forever grateful to the Vision Brookvale team, along with friends and family, for always giving me the encouragement, support and motivation to aim high, believe in my abilities and achieve my goals (with a few good laughs along the way).
