Before I started at Vision, I had been hitting a regular gym and going to group classes to help with my fitness and strength. It was a good start and I was doing okay but not really aiming at anything so it was a bit all over the place.
In my first week with Hayden, he helped me to realise my goal; I wanted to increase my joint strength to prevent future injuries. I didn't think landing on a goal would make such a difference but it has.
With Hayden's encouraging attitude and enjoyable programs, I've been coming in 3 or 4 times a week and loving every minute of it. I've never felt such a change in so short a time span. Thank you Vision and Hayden!
