Karen called us 3 times leaving messages back in December 2014 in order to get started with Vision. Let's just say she was ready to change her habits and was a woman on a mission.
Since then has gone onto lose 15kg, showing admirable commitment to her eating plan enabling the odd alcoholic drink without any worry it will impact her results.
Karen enjoys 4 Personal Training sessions, Group X-Train and commits to a minimum of 6-7 hours of walking weekly whilst working 10 hour days in the city.
