I started at Vision Personal Training Engadine 3 years ago with the main goal of weight loss and improving my fitness. I was struggling to prioritise my health and find time to exercise. The tailored approach and accountability through Vision helped me see dramatic improvements to my overall health and fitness levels.
Since achieving my desired weight loss, I started focusing on strength training and muscle gain. My trainer Luke has pushed me to achieve things I never thought possible. I have completed military style obstacle course events, and more recently competed in powerlifting competitions, lifting heavy weights. Luke has been with me every step of the way, always supporting and encouraging me to achieve my goals.
The encouragement from all trainers and other members of the Vision Engadine team is amazing. It is such a supportive community and I enjoy attending the gym each day.
