I had not exercised and was eating badly for years. Mainly this was due to a busy work/home schedule and I was just not putting any time aside for myself. I was unhappy with my weight and needed to do something. Along came Covid and with the opportunity of working from home, I finally had some spare time. I decided to speak to the trainers at Vision to see what I could do to improve my health and fitness. The Vision journey so far has been amazing. In the space of just 4 months, I have managed to lose many cms and 8 kgs. But more than this, I have learnt about nutrition. What to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. The training program at Vision has been extremely enjoyable. Exercise is now something I look forward to, rather than it seeming like a chore. My trainer Abbey has pushed me outside of my comfort zone and helped me to achieve things I never thought possible, especially with weight training. I feel fitter, stronger & healthier now than I did 20 years ago.
