Before I started at Vision, my health has always felt like a losing battle. I would put on weight and lose weight over many years. It felt like a cycle that I would never win. I got comfortable being uncomfortably the "big guy" within my group of friends.

With the move to Australia from the U.S., I was looking for growth not only professionally and personally but also health wise.

Hayden's coaching and the Vision practice has helped me achieve goals that I previously thought were unattainable. Can't wait to keep knocking down more of my sustainable long term health goals.
