I joined Vision in search of some motivation to exercise and improve my nutrition. While I’ve always been a very active person, multiple COVID lockdowns causing gyms to close forced me to go it alone at home – I could not keep up my motivation and my exercise gradually whittled away to nothing. I realised I needed to make a change and invest in myself. While I did not have much weight to lose, I have now achieved my weight loss goal and am now moving onto other goals.
I’ve never considered myself “a runner” and actually never wanted to try to be one! But with my trainer’s guidance I’ve recently completed my first 10km event and am focusing on the next running goal. Education on my nutrition, especially in regards to protein, has been a game changer for me. My energy levels have improved and the support I have received from Vision is outstanding!
