Before joining Vision Personal Training, I was constantly tired and didn't like how I looked. A few years ago I hurt my hip and now need a hip replacement. I was constantly in a lot of pain and if I overdid it I would suffer for the next few days. I never thought I could exercise again.
I got depressed and put on more weight. I was not in the right head space. Working full time and a sole parent I had no time for myself or so I thought.
My sister-in-law told me about Vision Personal Training. At first I was a bit hesitant as I was worried about my hip but decided to give it a go. I soon found I was exercising wrong my whole life. I've learnt so much from my two trainers, Joshua Leussink who helped me through the first part of my journey, Kaillum Key for the second part. The support and encouragement I receive from Kaillum is amazing. I never thought I'd be someone who would exercise 6 days a week and actually enjoy it! Before Vision Personal Training I was in constant agony, now there are days I forget I have a hip injury. I'm happier and healthier than I have been in a long time.
Vision Personal Training has taught me how to exercise and eat properly. It's now a part of my day to day routine and I will never go back to the way I was, its a way of life for me now. I still have a way to go but I know I will get there.

I have met some beautiful people since joining Vision Personal Training who have become great friends. The programme works if you stick with it, it's not a diet it's a way of life.
