Since starting my journey in May 2015, my initial goal was to lose weight and be able to run again.
I decided I was going to fully commit to changing my habits and to transform my body.
The Trainers made everything easy and enjoyable, helping me focus on my nutrition and being accountable and consistent with my training, I was able to change my habits and reach my desired goals!!
I am now more confident and have loved every minute of my journey.
I have now lost a total of 15kgs and am so much happier!
