11kgs lost since starting with Vision 16 weeks ago, I have really changed my attitude to exercise. I now look forward to training and my PT sessions and always try to achieve my weekly training targets. Tracking my food and understanding my macros has shown me how to make better food choices and to achieve my weight loss goals. It has not been as difficult as I had told myself it would be before starting. I definitely have a more positive mindset. At the Studio I have always felt included and welcome.
The extra effort the team has made in lockdown is amazing. We have been kept up to date with every change and I really enjoy the newsletter. Trivia - that's going above and beyond - that's what creates the winning culture. I feel so much more motivated than I would have expected to 16 weeks ago. I am sure there will be many more goals to achieve in the next 16 weeks.
