DOMS, First day, second day, any day. They suck.

Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) happens to most if not all of us while training in the gym. Some of us handle it like champions and others feel like they have been hit by a truck. While you're sitting there struggling to find a comfy position in your office chair thinking about the flight of stairs you have to climb later that day, why don't you consider a massage.

Massage has been around for centuries, and used over a range of practices from the stadiums of the world's famous sports stars to the department of the general hospital. The health benefits of massage complies a massive list but here is my favourite top 7

  • Relax tired and overused muscles
  • Speed up recovery from injury
  • Improve posture
  • Reduces stress and anxiety
  • Improved quality of sleep
  • Improves circulation
  • Elevates mood

If you don't believe me come and try it for yourself
