Sarah's journey with Vision Personal Training began in January 2016 with the simple 9 week goal of losing 5kg and turning around her health and fitness by making exercise apart of her lifestyle and greatly improving her nutritional habits. Sarah started this journey along with her best friend and roommate Micki who also had a weight loss goal which greatly improved her chances of success by having an accountability buddy at home and someone to exercise with outside of her PT sessions.
Sarah saw great success from consistently completing her food diary every day and by making exercise apart of her lifestyle, Sarah and Micki would both attend group training sessions during the week while also doing their own exercise together outside. Very quickly Sarah was consistently seeing the results on the scales and kicking every goal that was set with her trainer in her 9 week goal sessions.
She has now lost 20Kg overall and her confidence has grown just as much as her fitness level has, Sarah now has the current 9 week goal of losing another 5Kg and with the exercise and nutritional habits she has created we know it is only a matter of time before she achieves yet another milestone.
