How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
Before joining Vision Ivanhoe in June 2022, I was much more overweight than I am at the moment. My breathing was not good, a state of affairs that had existed for some time. I couldn’t walk all that well. Apart from anything else, my lack of balance would cause my walking to be rather wonky and wayward.
Tell me about your recent training?
It’s been steady progress all the way through under the direction of my personal trainer (PT).
What results have you achieved lately?
My breathing is dramatically better. I walk very well now (by my standards) and there are considerably fewer balance issues. When I started Vision, I was about 127kg and now I’m about 111kg.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
You can achieve weight loss, increased fitness and better overall health by listening to your PT. Your PT will advise which of the numerous activities and programs available to clients are specifically suitable for you, as well as take you through your 1-to-1 sessions with your individualised program.
