Matt is a shining example of the old saying "you can't out train a bad diet". Matt had been with us here in the Studio Training consistently and with high intensity, yet his work hours and schedule was leading him to make convenient unhealthy food choices. Frustrated with the result, he sat down with his Personal Trainer and formulated a new nutrition plan designed to attack the 9 Week Challenge. Fast forward 2 months and look at him now! Over the past 2 months Matt has managed to shift 12kg from his frame, over 15kg in total! Changing his nutrition has made a massive difference!
