How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision? My health and fitness was average, always fatigued, lacking energy. I really needed someone to motivate me to get me moving and being mindful of my health and diet. Before having kids I was quite active and my aim was to get back into running which I have achieved.
Tell me about your recent training (the highlight of it)? Highlight of every training is the way Lexi continues to push me by lifting heavier weights, more reps and keeping up the variety through circuit training. I love a challenge and proving to myself that I can do it. I have become stronger which helps with my running.
What results have you achieved lately? I ran the 10kms Sri Chinmoy.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision? Great team of trainers who do really care about your health and well-being. They never give up on you and continue to challenge you.
