Kimberley has twice regained her pre-baby body thanks to the holistic approach of Vision Personal Training and her dedication to her training and nutrition. Kimberley's training includes Weights, Group Training, Cardio in the Studio and running, as well as long walks pushing her two young boys in the pram!
Kimberley has enjoyed the journey of regaining her pre-baby body by setting a realistic weight loss goal of 3kg every 9 weeks following the birth of her first son Jack in April 2012 and second son Noah in May 2014.
Kimberley has used Vision Virtual Training to track her physical progress and her food diary.
