How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
Before I joined Vision I had just been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and was in the process of losing weight to get my diabetes under control. I had begun exercising but was struggling finding a gym that suited me and my lifestyle. When I found Vision I found a community to be part of and a training team that cared about my wellbeing holistically.
Tell me about your recent training?
The recent highlight for me has been working with Lee on my boxing training. My cardio and balance have really improved and I enjoy sparring with my daughter now.
What results have you achieved lately?
Since March 2022 I have steadily lost weight dropping from 82 kg to 60 kg currently. I have done this in a healthy and manageable way, enjoying my workouts and the support and encouragement of my trainer Lee.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
For anyone thinking of joining Vision I highly recommend the personalised and encouraging approach to training that Vision provides. Your trainer will work side by side with you to achieve your goals and you will also make new friends in the process!
