How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
I had always been active and healthy but year after year, it slowly started to diminish. When I joined Vision I was in need of a lifestyle change.
Tell me about your recent training?
I feel strong and healthy and like a totally different person. Leah has encouraged me to push myself and try new things, and she does so in a very supportive way. A highlight would have to be running 5km in Run Melbourne and I'm looking forward the team relay at The Tan in November. Overall, I really enjoy all aspects of training from the PT sessions, to boxing and x-train - they all offer something different and I'm loving all of it.
What results have you achieved lately?
Lately I have found my strength and stamina improving as well as my overall fitness level. I have improved my running time and can now do proper pushups! The weight loss has also been a huge achievement - the consistency and accountability have made it happen.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
Joining Vision is a commitment that will have a huge impact on your life. The trainers are incredibly friendly, supportive and know their stuff. It's a great community to be a part of and is literally the only gym where I have ever achieved such significant results.
